The Jung Center’s building is currently open to the public, but we continue to adjust hours and policies based on the guidance of public health authorities during the pandemic.

Hours Of Operations

Starting in February 2021, here are the new hours of operation:

Business Office

Monday-Thursday: 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Friday: 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Bookstore and Library

Monday-Thursday: 12:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Gallery

Monday-Thursday: 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Saturday: 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Parking

Parking is always at a premium in the Houston Museum District, but free parallel parking can be found in the neighborhood surrounding The Center. The Museum of Fine Arts operates a paid parking garage across Montrose Boulevard from The Center and a paid surface lot right next door to The Center.

Should you have a current handicapped parking permit, hanger, or license plate, please feel free to use any available space in The Jung Center’s staff parking lot, on the south side of the building.
