The Jung Center’s building is now open to the public. This includes the bookstore, gallery and a limited amount of onsite classes.  Our staff continues to work onsite and remotely throughout this time, as we continue to serve our mission online and in person.

Hours Of Operations

Starting in February 2021, here are the new hours of operation:

Business Office

Monday-Thursday: 10:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

Friday: 10:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Bookstore and Library

Monday-Thursday: 12:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Gallery

Monday-Thursday: 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Saturday: 12:00 p.m.- 4:00 p.m.

Parking

Parking is always at a premium in the Houston Museum District, but free parallel parking can be found in the neighborhood surrounding The Center. The Museum of Fine Arts operates a paid parking garage across Montrose Boulevard from The Center and a paid surface lot right next door to The Center.

Should you have a current handicapped parking permit, hanger, or license plate, please feel free to use any available space in The Jung Center’s staff parking lot, on the south side of the building.
