The Mind Body Spirit Institute
Burnout is a common syndrome in healthcare workers, even more as the recent pandemic overwhelms hospitals and healthcare workers. The Mind Body Spirit Institute CPR programs are designed to both prevent and treat burnout by providing tools to ease stress, anxiety, and depression. By learning to take better care of themselves, healthcare workers are able, in turn, to deliver better support to their patients.
