Tapping for Inner Peace (Hybrid)
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a gentle, transformational technique used to defuse emotions such as worry, fear and anxiety, and to cultivate mindfulness, peace and joy. Many ancient philosophies and traditions link our emotions to the element of water, and acknowledge their need to flow. Students will be invited to bring an emotion they’d like to process, and with light self-tapping on the face and hands, and gentle, personalizable affirmations, we’ll learn to watch our emotions loosen up and begin to change. Join EFT facilitator Nancy Kern, who will teach us this technique, and how to personalize your experience while tapping.
It’s recommended to participate from a quiet, private room where we won’t be interrupted, and have some tissues on hand. Plan for free time after the tap to journal, sleep, play, or do whatever feels right as we integrate the changes this technique can affect in our nervous systems.
This program will be offered both in-person and via livestreaming. Please use the registration form to select which way you plan to participate.
