Introduction to the Enneagram (Online)

Katherine Grabar

Event details

The Enneagram personality system helps us gain self-awareness by revealing the core issues and motivations that keep us stuck. By recognizing and being present to our Enneagram patterns, we are able to gain more freedom from our habitual ways of reacting to the world. Unlike many personality systems, the Enneagram shows us how to grow and adapt and what we most need to live life to the fullest. In this workshop, we will discover the core patterns of all nine Enneagram types, and discuss how those patterns both serve and dis-serve us. This workshop is for those who are new to the Enneagram or who are trying to better clarify the difference between Enneagram types.
