Do you have difficulty sharing who you are, or saying what is true for you? Too often we get so concerned about the consequences of speaking up that we don’t do so at all, and eventually end up feeling like we have left our self out of the conversation. We may even begin to think that we cannot find our voice, or don’t know what words to say. In this short workshop, discover how to approach any conversation with confidence and ease, and leave with practical tips and techniques to explore in all your relationships, both professional and personal.
This livestreaming program can be taken from home or anywhere with an internet connection. If you register, you will be emailed viewing instructions either the evening before or the morning of the event. Please be sure to check “spam” and “junk” folders!
This class will be recorded. Recordings will be distributed to registered participants ONLY, after each class session. Recordings will not be available for purchase after the program ends.
All times are CDT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.
Please register early. Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.
