What is the Community for Conscious Aging? What is conscious aging? Our mission is to develop and sustain an inclusive community in Houston committed to mutual support and connectedness so that we can live intentionally with vitality and purpose as we age. Join current and former CCA steering committee members as they discuss what conscious aging means to them, how the community came about, and what can be ahead for CCA.
This livestreaming program can be taken from home or anywhere with an internet connection. If you register, you will be emailed viewing instructions either the evening before or the morning of the event. Please be sure to check “spam” and “junk” folders!
This class will be recorded, and will be made available on the Community for Conscious Aging website.
All times are CDT. Please contact onlinelearning@junghouston.org with any questions.
Please register early. Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.
About the instructor

The CCA Steering Committee
This journey began in 2018 with friends of the Jung Center coming together to offer special events in large and small gatherings around topics for “conscious aging.” As our mission has grown, so has our connection with The Jung Center’s vision, to whom we now belong. Steering committee members are David Spaw, Maryann Tebbe, Karen Waldman, and Karleen Koen. Former steering committee members Bob Levy and John Hyatt will also be joining the discussion.
