Join Gika Rector for this Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement workshop, exploring three major pairs of joints: our ankles, knees, and hips. These are the primary joints we use for sitting, standing and walking—not to mention running and jumping. Through easy movement lessons, you can refine the alignment and function of your ankles, knees and hips. And, as if by magic, discover how all kinds of movement becomes smoother, more elegant, and graceful.
