Every semester, Dr. Ann Friedman of The Jung Center's Mind, Body Spirit Institute will lead us on an ever-renewing exploration of the transformative, healing, and calming powers unleashed when we integrate mindfulness practices into our daily lives. Join us – as you can – for Mindful Being.

Wednesdays in March and April, come with us on a tour through different topics related to mindfulness! From ways to support ourselves and our practices, to ways to deepen and expand our experiences of mindfulness, there's something useful here for every mindful being. In this session, we will learn to listen with less reactivity in political discussions.

Each session will include a brief teaching, a practice, and a group discussion. Participation in the discussion is always optional.

This livestreaming program can be taken from home or anywhere with an internet connection. If you register, you will be emailed viewing instructions either the evening before or the morning of the event. Please be sure to check "spam" and "junk" folders!

This class will not be recorded.

All times are CDT/CST. Please contact with any questions.

Please register early. Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.
