Event details

Sponsored with MasterWord

“Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom”--this phrase coined by Aristotle centuries ago seems pertinent in today’s hectic world. As these modern times continue to discharge stress, anxiety and uncertainty, it is critical to be aware of these obstacles and learn to keep our health at an optimal level. Our well-being, however, encompasses more than just hygiene and metrics like blood pressure.

With a focus on integrating various aspects of our health, Ludmila Golovine will be hosting this discussion with Dr. Alejandro Chaoul, Dr. Wenli Liu, and Dr. Seema Thekdi. Presenting nutritional, mind/spiritual, and psychological viewpoints, this conversation will seek to further develop the established discourse around improving our mind-body connection for better emotional health.
