If you're ready to explore Buddhist meditation or you've been practicing for a while but want to review the basics, this workshop is for you! We'll distill 2,500 years of Buddhist wisdom into simple but profound teachings and meditations you can use to deepen your practice and transform the way you relate to the world. One of the most basic teachings of Buddhism is that everything is constantly changing and transforming, and when we recognize and soften into the flow of reality instead of resisting, we can find deep contentment in life. You'll leave with access to guided meditations you can download and practice any time. Join us for this introduction to the transformative power of the Buddhist tradition, no matter what you believe.

This livestreaming program can be taken from home or anywhere with an internet connection. If you register, you will be emailed viewing instructions either the evening before or the morning of the event. Please be sure to check "spam" and "junk" folders!

This class will be recorded. Recordings will be distributed to registered participants ONLY, after each class session. Recordings will not be available for purchase after the program ends.

All times are CDT. Please contact with any questions.

Please register early. Programs with four or fewer participants are subject to cancellation, 48 hours prior to their start.
