Develop inner resources and reconnect with our universal capacities for curiosity, pleasure and renewal through the slow, fluid, guided movements of Continuum.
Continuum uses breath, sound and imagery in specific sequences to invoke the spiraling, undulating wave forms of water, fostering a connection to the deepest part of our nature. The sequences are repeated in a 'layering process' that brings us into the present moment and opens the door to new possibilities for our health and creative expression. In a Continuum session, movement unfolds with ease and delight as we travel to fresh places in our awareness and nourish our systems at our own pace. Speed and utilitarian concerns drop away and a new sense of receptivity emerges. No previous experience required. To learn more about Continuum, please visit www.continuummovement.com.
