Does your creativity need tending? How will your holidays be different if your creativity is flowing freely? Claim creativity as your birthright with body-centered toning and painting. Activate your higher senses using sound, color and meditation. In this class you have full permission to find your unique process, with no pressure to produce a finished product.

We begin with our ordinary speaking voices. Through toning, words become sounds. We follow the sounds in our bodies, staying with sensation. A guided imagery meditation takes us deeper. Actively attuning to the archetype of the Muse, we begin to paint. Painting in this class is a simple act of trust. Trust the materials and your intuitive responses to guide you. Experienced facilitators help you recognize and honor your somatic cues.

All materials are provided. No painting or toning experience is necessary. Students are encouraged to repeat this class, as it is a new experience every time you do it. To encourage a safe space for self-expression, no comments or critiques are permitted in the studio.
