Discover the deep, abiding power of gratitude to bring you into balance. In this experiential, creative workshop, we begin with a walking meditation at an outdoor labyrinth near The Jung Center, supported by the rich harmonious tones of the singing bowl. From there, we move to the studio in The Jung Center, where we create individual mandalas. We will also collaborate to make a group sand mandala, moving freely from the personal to the collective, and from the collective to the personal. We will have periods of silence throughout the class; we encourage only necessary talk. It is a comment- and critique-free creative exploration. There will be time allotted for sharing.
