Discover how journaling and mindfulness practices deepen each other in this workshop with Micki Fine and Angela Caughlin.

Deepen your understanding of everyday experience and use that experience to enhance growth through mindfulness and journaling practice. The awareness cultivated through mindfulness and journaling can help us become an observer of our own path, gain freedom from suffering, and create space for new thoughts and ideas. Both mindfulness and journaling have been widely studied and found to have enormous benefit for health and personal growth. Discussion, instruction, and practice of mindfulness meditation and journaling will emphasize how each practice can enhance the other.

 
 

Angela Caughlin, LCSW, is an author, psychotherapist, and workshop presenter. Her books, The Only Way…Through, and Journaling Your Way…Through, were published in June, 2006. In her career as a psychotherapist, Angela has been in private practice since 1993 and continues to work with those facing change, loss and grief issues.

Micki Fine has been in private psychotherapy practice since 1989. She has taught Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction since 1994. She earned the credential of Certified Mindfulness Teacher from the University of Massachusetts Medical School where Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn founded the Center for Mindfulness.
