Get an introduction to the Chinese art of calligraphy. The Chinese language has no alphabet. Rather than letters, each Chinese word is made up of many basic brushstrokes. As we work with simple characters, we will learn such basic skills as holding and loading the brush, wrist and elbow movements, and pressing and lifting the brush.
