Does the earth have a soul? Is God dead? Where am I in relation to the sacred? These are frequently asked questions for many of us for whom traditional patriarchic religions and cultural expressions no longer resonate. Australian scholar David Tacey's ecopsychology carries forward Jung's awareness of the feminine psyche and the importance of going into depth -- or, in Tacey's terminology, "down under." This study is enriched by frequent references to the literary and fine arts. Join in the reading of this illuminating book.
